Focus your attention on one point only, the breath. When you notice you are thinking again, bring back your attention to the breath. As it comes in as it comes out. Without trying to change it, just focusing your attention on its sensation, in the nostrils, above the upper lip. Stay there. When you notice your mind wonder, smile and bring back your attention to the breath, without judgement, without expectation, just observing the sensations that arise. Do not get distracted labeling or analysing the sensatio, simply observe it, as it arises and passes away. Keep coming back to Your attention on the breath, observing sensations arise and pass away, and wisdom will arises from the experience. You are bound to succeed, continuity of practice is the key to success. You will know you have succeded because wisdom will arise with the right understanding of the ultimate law of nature: change and its impermanence. When you understand that this moment will also change, your heart will feel only love and compassion. ✨🤍✨🤍✨
